Francesco Lombardo
Marina Manager
With nearly 20 years of commercial maritime experience serving the most renowned shipping lines, Francesco transitioned to recreational boating. Initially, he founded his own agency which managed the entire stay of transiting boats and then, in 2014, he was appointed as the first of Porto delle Grazie.

Alessandra Bagalà
Front office manager
A Tourism Sciences graduate, Alessandra joined Porto delle Grazie after several professional experiences, applying her expertise in tourism (customer care, languages, accounting, recreational boating, etc.).

Rocco Ursino
Senior Mooring Man
A sailor since the age of seven, Rocco became the first operator of the Marina in 2014. He is a great connoisseur and expert of marine weather and best practices at sea.

Davide Loiero
Senior Mooring Man
A Sports Sciences graduate, Davide is passionate about sports, cooking, and fishing! He began working at Porto delle Grazie in 2015 as a mooring man.

Giovanni Furfaro
Senior Mooring Man
A former air steward, Giovanni landed at Porto delle Grazie in 2017, immediately applying his cabin crew skills. He covers the role of mooring man but also supports the office, thanks to his ability to build relationships with clients.

Francesco Alvaro
Boatyard Master
An electrotechnical expert specialised in mechanics, Francesco immediately began his professional journey in the nautical industry. Friendly and competent, he is responsible for managing the boatyard.

Diego Manno
Mooring Man
A mechanical expert, Diego joined the company in 2024 as a junior mooring man. He stands out for his customer service skills, which stem from his previous experience in hospitality.

Sabina Origlia
Reception & Customer Care
With a background in accounting and commercial studies and being bilingual, Sabina worked as a trainer for Cambridge or Trinity English language certification courses before joining Porto delle Grazie.

Ilaria Belcastro
Reception & Customer Care
A Linguistic Mediation graduate in Milan, Ilaria returned to Roccella to apply her studies and experience, which have allowed her to develop excellent communication and relational skills.

Matteo Cavallo
Junior Mooring Operator
Holding both a scientific and agricultural diploma, Matteo joined the company bringing with him a diverse professional background.
Over the years, he has gained experience across various sectors — from hospitality and customer services to logistics — developing strong interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for customer relations.
Friendly, energetic, and approachable, he stands out for his strong work ethic and ability to build positive, direct relationships with clients. In his free time, he enjoys football, music, and cinema.

Domenico Costa
Port Operator
Graduated from a Technical Institute for Tourism, Domenico joined the company bringing with him valuable international life and work experience gained during the seven years he spent in Australia.
Over time, he has developed a strong ability to adapt to new environments and a practical, hands-on approach to work. Today, he applies these qualities to support the activities of the shipyard and marina operations.
Friendly and approachable, he stands out for his craftsmanship skills, particularly in carpentry work, and more generally for his contribution to the operational activities that support the shipyard’s daily operations.
